Billund or Bust… a Segue to Saeby

June 27, 2016

Headquarters of the LEGO empire, a realm of plastic construction toys that has won children’s hearts the world over and conquered their parents’ wallets, Billund is the first stop of FERMAT’s daring dart through Denmark.  With its international airport and LEGOLAND amusement park, it was a natural choice for FERMAT employees and friends as a starting point for heading to the picturesque seaside resort of Saeby, Denmark, for Nordmark’s open house (read more about it here).   With the theme of construction firmly in mind, Mr. Jan Ferenc, FERMAT’s Director of Sales, and Mr. Ladislav Valdman, FERMAT’s Sales Manager, will strengthen old bonds with their trusted business partner, Nordmark, and build new contacts with modern industrial customers.

The open house will feature an impressive pair of FERMAT’s newest floor-type horizontal boring mills which dominate the heavyweight division, two gargantuan WRF 160 Heavy machines made to knock out even the largest and heaviest workpieces.  Their titanic proportions and parameters speak for themselves.  Below is a view taken from Nordmark’s machine list proudly announcing their capacity to service customers seeking such unique, powerful, and highly precise machining capabilities.
