Taming the Bedouins of Brno; FERMAT’s design and training departments no longer roam the wide industrial expanse.

FERMAT Design Department taking a rest and contemplating new machine tools

The wildly feisty and free-spirited designers of FERMAT’s powerful and precise table-type and floor-type horizontal boring mills, as well as its outstanding milling heads, have finally given up their rugged independence and have now settled down in a happy marriage of opposites with FERMAT’s stolid, brainiac training department.  They are now firmly ensconced, with running water and a snack machine, in an office roomy enough for the occasional stroll, but one offering amazing cooperation with a top-notch, crackerjack trainer, thanks to whom they can now create superb documentation and presentations to wow the crowds.

FERMAT knows how to move it, nice, sweet, and sassy

Mr. Jakub Kominka, FERMAT’s Trainer, showed very little emotion when informed he’ll be sharing his office space with the design department, but he later praised the decision.  “The synergy created sitting together, working in the same environment, interacting openly and easily on projects and presentations is a huge benefit.  And, it is a far more natural and effective way of combining our talents.   I like it.  It was, pardon the pun, a good move.”

Jakub Kominka’s great, great, great grandfather seen here with top hat and cigar while moving his training center in Pressburg, circa 1850.
